How We Can Help

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on technique that focuses on releasing tension in the body to support the nervous system. Using light touch, the therapist works with the bones of the head, spine, and pelvis, as well as the surrounding tissues and fluid, to encourage natural healing and relaxation.
CST is often used to help infants with feeding or tension patterns, support children with developmental needs, and relieve stress or discomfort in adults. Because it is extremely gentle, it is well-suited for newborns, pregnant and postpartum mothers, and individuals seeking a calming, restorative form of therapy.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle, hands-on technique that targets the fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, nerve, and organ in the body. When fascia becomes tight or restricted due to stress, injury, posture, or developmental patterns, it can limit movement and create pain or tension.
During MFR, the therapist uses sustained, gentle pressure to soften restrictions, improve mobility, and restore balance in the body. This approach encourages the body’s natural healing process, reduces discomfort, and helps improve overall function.
Myofascial Release is safe and effective for infants, children, and adults, and is commonly used to address movement limitations, tension patterns, postural challenges, and conditions related to stress or injury.
Pediatric Physical Therapy
Pediatric Physical Therapy is dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential in growth, movement, and development. Using fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities, therapists work with infants, toddlers, and children to support motor skills, coordination, balance, strength, and overall physical wellness.
Pediatric therapy can address a variety of needs, including developmental delays, postural challenges, muscle weakness, coordination difficulties, and recovery from injury or illness. By working closely with families, pediatric physical therapists create individualized plans that encourage children to achieve milestones, build confidence, and thrive in their everyday activities.

Vaughan Approach to Pediatric Bodywork
The Vaughan Approach is a gentle, hands-on therapy specifically designed for infants and children. Using light, intentional touch, this method works with the body’s fascia, connective tissue, cranial structures, and autonomic nervous system to support healthy development, movement, and regulation. It addresses common pediatric concerns such as feeding difficulties, digestive issues, sleep challenges, torticollis, plagiocephaly, and sensory regulation.
Through this approach, therapists create individualized sessions that promote comfort, relaxation, and improved body function. By working with both structural and sensory aspects of the body, the Vaughan Approach helps children develop better movement patterns, postural support, and overall wellbeing, while also supporting parents and caregivers in understanding and responding to their child’s needs.
Total Motion Release
Total Motion Release is a gentle, hands-on therapy designed to reduce pain and restore movement by addressing tightness and restrictions in muscles, fascia, and joints. Using precise, targeted techniques, therapists guide the body back to its natural, pain-free range of motion.
TMR can be used for individuals of all ages to relieve chronic or acute pain, improve mobility, and support recovery from injury or postural strain. By focusing on releasing restrictions and restoring functional movement, TMR helps patients move more comfortably, prevent future injury, and regain confidence in everyday activities.
